Under the trend of the third energy revolution, the PV industry is experiencing its own "singularity" moment. From an industry perspective, as an important part of the new energy industry, photovoltaics can not only effectively support China's energy transformation and achieve the "dual-carbon" goal, but also with the help of the complete domestic PV industry chain, China is expected to become the leading country in driving energy transformation. For China and the world, this has significant practical and profound historical significance.

Against this backdrop, the 16th (2023) International PV Power Generation and Smart Energy Conference & Exhibition (SNEC 2023) held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center has attracted global attention. On May 25th, the second day of SNEC, the exhibition still attracted a large crowd and remained popular.

Among the many new energy companies present, QW SOLAR Technology has received widespread market attention. As a "newcomer" to SNEC for the first time, QW SOLAR Technology appeared with a series of heavyweight products and solutions, unprecedented in type and quantity, showcasing its strong core strength from PV products to smart energy solutions. The booth was extremely popular and attracted many overseas visitors who stopped by to exchange, showing strong purchase intentions for QW SOLAR's high-efficiency HJT module products.

In February of this year, QW SOLAR Technology took the lead in launching the 720W high-power "GIWA5 series high-efficient HJT module" product in the industry. It was grandly launched at this exhibition and attracted much attention once it appeared. The GIWA5 series combines large-size silicon wafers, multi-busbar technology, and half-cut technology, with ultra-high power and a maximum output power of 720W, and a conversion efficiency of up to 23.18%. At the same time, the GIWA5 series uses the original 110μm thin wafer, reducing the carbon value of the product by 33% compared to PERC, which can better meet customers' low-carbon needs.

QW SOLAR Technology focuses on the research and development of HJT cell technology, and continuously promotes the iteration and upgrading of solar cell technology. The GIWA 5 series of efficient HJT cells combine the advantages of crystalline silicon and thin-film cells, with high conversion efficiency, low temperature coefficient, low power attenuation, and the ability to generate electricity on both sides. They can maintain high-performance power output even under adverse conditions such as weak light and high temperature. At the same time, the GIWA 5 series products achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the production process by using ultra-thin silicon wafers, steel mesh printing, silver-coated copper paste, low-indium target materials, etc., and have a 0.38% higher return on investment than the same model of PERC products. The company is confident in the performance of the GIWA 5 series products and provides customers with a 30-year power quality guarantee.

As a new force in the field of new energy manufacturing, QW SOLAR Technology adheres to the concept of "creating more possibilities for a better world through intelligent manufacturing", and insists on taking customer needs as its top priority and making it its mission to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement for customers. In the trend of rapid iteration of PV technology, QW SOLAR Technology takes market demand as the guide, focuses on the research and development of products and technologies, and contributes to China's green energy.
