QW SOLAR Technology Emerges Strongly as Intersolar Europe 2023 Successfully Concludes

June 16th, Munich, Intersolar Europe 2023 concluded successfully at the New International Expo Center in Munich, Germany. As one of the world's largest and most influential professional solar energy trade shows, the exhibition attracted PV industry companies and dealers from around the world. QW SOLAR Technology made its debut at the exhibition, emerged strongly and attracted widespread attention from the industry and visitors. Many customers and professional visitors praised QW SOLAR Technology's GIWA 5 series of high-efficiency heterojunction PV modules, integrated solutions, and energy storage systems showcased at the booth, and multiple cooperation intentions were reached on site.

In Intersolar Europe 2023, as a new and high-tech PV company, QW SOLAR Technology showcased its outstanding performance as follows:
Highlight 1: GIWA 5 series.
QW SOLAR Technology presented their core product "GIWA 5 High-efficiency Heterojunction Module" and stunned the audience with its outstanding performance. This product combines the advantages of heterojunction, large-sized silicon wafers, multi-main gate, and half-cut technologies, and its performance is exceptionally excellent.

Firstly, it has ultra-high power: using 210HJT battery cells, the maximum power can reach 720W, and the conversion efficiency can reach up to 23.18%. Secondly, it has ultra-low carbon value: using the original 110μm thin wafer, the carbon value of the product is reduced by 33% compared with PERC. Thirdly, it has super reliability: with a 30-year power assurance, it has excellent performance in harsh environments such as salt spray, sand, wind pressure, and snow pressure. The average annual power attenuation within 30 years is as low as 0.3%. Fourthly, it has super expected economic benefits: by using ultra-thin silicon wafers, steel mesh printing, silver-coated copper paste, low-indium target materials, and other technologies, the production cost is reduced, and the investment return rate is 0.38% higher than that of the same type of PERC products.

Highlight 2: GIWA Energy Storage series
QW SOLAR Technology has released an energy storage system that can be flexibly configured with photovoltaic, wind power, diesel power, and power grid transmission and distribution networks. The capacity can be selected as needed to form a large-capacity, multi-purpose intelligent energy storage power station, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, long life, low attenuation, low cost, high reliability, and fast response. The overall system efficiency is over 97%, suitable for various application environments.

Highlight 3: Turn-key solution
During the EXPO, QW SOLAR Technology's turn-key solution also received great attention and recognition. By integrating the competitive advantages of the entire new energy industry chain, QW SOLAR Technology provides reliable and economical PV module products and one-stop solution services that span the entire life cycle of PV power stations to global customers. QW SOLAR Technology's innovative PV power station solution is committed to achieving the optimal return on investment in photovoltaics, maximizing the power generation benefits of PV power stations, optimizing the electricity cost of power stations, and continuously providing customers with safe, reliable, and cost-effective green energy.

During the exhibition, the company's production capacity is also a focus of attention for visiting customers: QW SOLAR Technology, relying on its professional knowledge, rich experience, and continuous innovation in the field of renewable energy, has invested in a production base in Sixian County, Anhui Province. The base is under construction and is expected to be completed and put into production in Q3, 2023. The company will also invest in bases in Guangdong and Northwest China in the future, ultimately forming a pattern of QW SOLAR Technology's four major bases and one Shanghai headquarters and marketing center. Currently, the first phase of the Shandong Base, with a production capacity of 6 GW high-efficiency HJT PV modules and 1 GWh energy storage on 140 acres, has entered mass production. After the completion of the Shandong and Anhui bases, QW SOLAR Technology will have a total production capacity of 10 GW high-efficiency HJT PV cells, 20 GW high-efficiency HJT PV modules, and 5 GWh energy storage. After all four major bases of the company are completed in the future, QW SOLAR Technology's total production capacity will be greatly increased on the existing basis, which will better meet customer demands.
