July 15th, the "2023 China's Top 500 Brands Awarding Ceremony," jointly organized by Asiabrand, a professional brand evaluation institution, and co-hosted by the China-Asia Economic Development Association, Global Times, China Economic News Broadcast Network, and other organizations, was held grandly in Beijing.

In the "2023 China's Top 500 Brands" ranking released during the event, QW Solar Technology, as a rising star in the photovoltaic high-tech industry, secured its position through strategic investments and forward-looking initiatives in the field of new technologies. Additionally, Ms. Chu Yifan, Chairwoman and General Manager of QW Solar Technology, was honored with the title of "Top 100 Innovative Entrepreneurs."

During the press conference, Wang Hanwu, the Director of Asiabrand Research Institute and Chairman of China Brand Management Research Center, delivered an interpretive analysis speech on the "2023 China's Top 500 Brands" ranking. State Grid, Huawei Technologies, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Tencent Technology, CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation) Brand, China Construction, Alibaba, Douyin (TikTok), Haier Group, and BYD made it to the Top 10 of the list. Wang Hanwu pointed out that in the era of brand economy, the brand value of a company is no longer a virtual concept but a true reflection of its future development capabilities.
In the "2023 China's Top 500 Brands," a total of 34 regions had brands selected. Among them, Beijing ranked first with 90 brands on the list, accounting for 18% of the entire China's Top 500 Brands. Guangdong ranked second with 88 brands, accounting for 17.6%. Zhejiang ranked third with 47 brands, accounting for 9.4% of the total Chinese brands. Shanghai and Jiangsu had 37 and 33 brands selected, respectively, accounting for 7.4% and 6.6% each.

The brands listed in the "2023 China's Top 500 Brands" cover a total of 84 major industries and 113 sub-industries. The top ten industries are as follows: Manufacturing with 193 brands, accounting for 38.6% and ranking first; Information Technology with 29 brands, accounting for 5.80% and ranking second; Finance with 16 brands, accounting for 3.20% and ranking third; Automotive, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Technology Applications, Mining, Machinery Manufacturing, Energy, and Brewing with 15, 13, 11, 10, 9, 9, and 8 brands respectively, accounting for 3.0%, 2.6%, 2.20%, 2%, 1.8%, 1.8%, and 1.6% each.
