On September 2nd, in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, QW SOLAR (SZ.300716) announced another piece of good news from its Shandong base. QW SOLAR’s Shandong base successfully connected its 6MW rooftop PV power generation system to the grid and hold a zero-carbon launch ceremony. This signifies that QW SOLAR's intelligent zero-carbon factory has entered a new stage of development.
Zaozhuang's first demonstration distributed PV project equipped with an energy storage system
This is a project with a total installed capacity of 6MW, occupying a rooftop area of 47,573 square meters. It utilizes QW SOLAR's self-branded "GIWA5" series of 710W high-efficiency HJT PV modules. Additionally, it is equipped with a 1 MW/2 MWh smart energy storage system, integrated microgrid system for solar storage, AC/DC charging stations, and QW SOLAR's "Zero Carbon Smart Factory" comprehensive digital energy management platform. It is estimated to generate 6.56 million KWh of clean energy annually.
The first "Zero Carbon Smart Factory" project in Shandong Province, meticulously created by QW SOLAR, aligns closely with the high-quality development requirements with green and low-carbon initiatives. The manufacturing facility is constructed based on the principles of green, zero carbon, environmental protection, and full intelligence. Throughout the production process, a series of measures like optimizing resource utilization and reducing waste are implemented to achieve the goal of zero carbon emissions.
QW SOLAR actively responds to the national strategic goals of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality," as well as the development plans outlined in the 14th Five-Year Plan. It consistently adheres to the path of ecological priority, green and low-carbon development, and proactively explores green and sustainable development paths. QW SOLAR aims to contribute to the construction of a resource-efficient and environmentally friendly society, support energy conservation and environmental protection, promote green and low-carbon development nationwide, and continuously contribute to reducing energy consumption per unit GDP, exhibiting the "Power of QW."
