Zaozhuang Municipal Party Committee research group inspects QW SOLAR's manufacturing base

On January 14th, Shao Shiguan, the Secretary of the Zaozhuang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Song Lei, the Secretary of the Shizhong District Committee of Zaozhuang City, Gao Zhaojun, the Director of the Management Committee of Zaozhuang Economic Development Zone, Ren Zeping, Vice Chairman of China Association of Private Economic Research, Ren Zeping, founder of Zeping Macro Consulting, Huang Shaohui, President of Shandong Branch of Minsheng Bank, and others visited Quanwei's manufacturing base in Zaozhuang for inspection and research. Miao Lipei, the project leader of QW SOLAR's manufacturing base in Zaozhuang, and related personnel accompanied the investigation.

The research group first visited Quanwei's Smart Energy Exhibition Hall. Miao Lipei gave a comprehensive introduction to the company's overall situation, layout planning, product lines, and technological innovation. Huang Shaohui, the president of Minsheng Bank Shandong Branch, affirmed Quanwei's achievements and pointed out that "photovoltaics play an important role in achieving the 'dual carbon' goal, and technological innovations represented by HJT will further accelerate the pace of energy green and low-carbon transformation".

As a clean energy manufacturer, QW SOLAR has established an independent technology R&D system, focusing on cutting-edge solar product technologies such as HJT and perovskite, and providing global customers with efficient HJT cells, HJT modules, and one-stop energy solutions. The company adheres to the construction concept of green, zero carbon, environmental protection and full intelligence, and is building the Zaozhuang manufacturing base project into Shandong Province's first zero-carbon smart factory.

Subsequently, the research team went deep into the newly built HJT PV modules production line to inspect and understand the product's manufacturing process. As QW SOLAR’s flagship product, the GIWA5 series HJT modules integrate heterojunction, large-size silicon wafers, multi-busbar, and half-cell technologies, exhibiting outstanding performance and widely applicable in scenarios such as building-integrated photovoltaics, large-scale ground-mounted PV power plants, and distributed photovoltaics, ensuring continuous stable power generation and long-term return on investment for PV projects.

QW SOLAR currently has two production bases in Zaozhuang, Shandong and Sixian County, Anhui, accelerating the efficient release of HJT cell and module capacity to build a competitive advantage at scale. In the future, the company will be diligent in promoting the renewal and iteration of technologies such as heterojunction and perovskite, optimizing the levelized cost of PV energy, contributing high-quality, high-efficiency, and safe and reliable products and services to its customers, and helping achieve China's "dual carbon" goal at an early date.
