On May 16th, a group led by Yang Jun, Secretary of the Suzhou Municipal Committee, and Wang Qirong, Deputy Secretary and Mayor, along with Suzhou leaders Li Hong, Ren Dong, Zu Jungong, Shi Zhiyuan, Li Xiaoning, Yang Yongchun, Huai Ying, Yang Zesheng, Peng Fei, and City Government Secretary Li Rongquan visited the construction site of QW SOLAR Technology's second PV production base, a key project located in the Suzhou Development Zone in Sixian County. Ms. Chu Yifan, Chairman of QW SOLAR Technology, warmly welcomed the company's executives and provided a detailed introduction of the project.

During the inspection and research process, the leaders of the Suzhou Municipal Committee and Government learned in detail about the planning and construction of the project, and highly praised the company's achievements in technological innovation and its high regard for environmental protection. At the same time, the leaders had in-depth exchanges with the company's executives on the progress of the project and put forward many constructive opinions and suggestions. They stated that the government will provide more policy support and services to help the company grow stronger, and actively promote the development of clean energy.

Ms. Chu Yifan, Chairman of QW SOLAR Technology, expressed her gratitude to the leaders of the Suzhou Municipal Committee and Government for their guidance and high attention and support for the construction of QW SOLAR Technology's Sixian base since the project was launched. She stated that the rapid progress of the Sixian project was inseparable from the strong support of leaders at all levels and relevant departments. QW SOLAR will fully promote the speed, quality, and efficiency of the project construction, and put it into operation as soon as possible to contribute to the local economic development and promote high-quality economic and social development of the whole city.

About QW SOLAR Technology's production base in Sixian County, Anhui

Anhui QW SOLAR is a holding subsidiary of QW SOLAR Technology (SZ.300716), and the investment entity of the HJT PV cell project in Sixian County. The project has a planned land area of 460 acres and a construction area of approximately 300,000 square meters. It will establish a new production base for 5GW high-efficiency heterojunction (HJT) PV cells and 5GW high-efficiency PV modules, with a plan to be completed and put into operation in 2023. This project is one of the key green and low-carbon industries in Suzhou City, an important support for the city's future economic development, and an important part of China's national strategy for green and low-carbon development. The entire project adopts a green, low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and fully intelligent solution, aiming to create Anhui Province's first zero-carbon smart factory.
