Anhui QW SOLAR is a holding subsidiary of QW SOLAR Technology (SZ.300716) and an investment entity in the heterojunction photovoltaic cell project in Sixian. The project has a planned land area of 460 acres and a construction area of approximately 300,000m2. A new production base for 5GW high-efficiency heterojunction (HJT) photovoltaic cells and 5GW high-efficiency photovoltaic modules will be built, with plans to be completed and put into operation in 2023. The entire project adopts a green, low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and fully intelligent solution, committed to building the first zero carbon smart factory in Anhui Province.
At present, the Shandong Zaozhuang production base (Phase I) of QW SOLAR Technology (SZ.300716) has been completed and put into operation, and the production base in Sixian, Anhui is under intense construction. These two major bases have accelerated the release of efficient heterojunction battery and module production capacity, creating a competitive advantage in scale.
